INJURY REHAB FOLLOWUP
30 minute follow-up sessions are for executing the treatment plan established during the Injury Rehab Evaluation. 30 minutes is allotted, but athletes may take longer to get through their programs. Athletes have access to the Pro X weight room and recovery areas during a follow-up session in addition to the specific time geared toward formal rehabilitation techniques such as, joint mobilization, soft tissue work, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, stretching, taping, etc. After the evaluation, these are great sessions to schedule for working out soreness, stiffness, or pain that come with being a high level athlete.
