This fitness class is for adults only. You will have unlimited access to classes during these 6 weeks. Classes will focus on strength training + Cardio training in a fun/challenging sports-themed environment. In classes you can expect to run football pass routes, basball base running drills, NFL Combine drills, Football Pass Rush drills, Cone drills, Speed Ladders, and much more! NO SKILL SET REQUIRED & ACCOMODATING TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS. Classes are designed by the professional Pro X Sports Performance staff.
Classes will be offered four days a week!
Mondays: 6:30-7:30am; 7:30-8:30am
Tuesdays: 6:30-7:30am; 7:30-8:30aM; 12:00-1:00pm
Thursdays: 6:30-7:30am; 7:30-8:30am; 12:00-1:00pm
Fridays: 6:30-7:30am; 7:30-8:30am
