The NXT Generation Training Membership is specifically offered to the elementary and middle school age athlete, who want to develop a solid foundation of movement quality, coordination, core strength, and understanding of training methods. Exercises are primarily body weight oriented in a fun, upbeat environment. Great for young athletes with the goal of getting faster, stronger, and to reducing the risk of injury. Each athlete undergoes a physical and performance testing assessment to determine areas that need focus prior to participating. Retesting at least once annually is strongly recommended.
