DTP is a program specifically designed for players grades 6-8, to build arm strength for ALL Positions in a healthy throwing environment. For Winter DTP groups will meet twice per week for 10 weeks to reactivate their arm for their upcoming Spring and Summer seasons. This program requires an athlete’s full dedication to continuous training regimen to maximize development.
DTP’s goal is to teach athletes the proper way to train arm strength as well as develop your throwing mechanics. Programming includes weight training, plyocare, jaeger bands, long toss, high intent throws medicine balls, mobility, plyometrics, and more
